The portfolio companies of Sirius Venture Partners are structured as follows:
- Preferably minority participations
- Equity investments
- Investment amount of approximately EUR 6 million per participation company in several financing rounds. Initial minimum investment of EUR 0.5 million per participation company
- Investment syndicates for the formation of larger financing rounds
- Lead or co-lead investor
- Seat on the supervisory or advisory board and active support and coaching up to the exit (e.g. IPO or trade sale)
- Intended exit after 3 to 5 years following the investment
