In the past investment decisions were driven partly by opportunities.
This frequently resulted in participation companies not being able to
show any sustainable growth or that no exit was possible in spite of
growth. As a venture capital company Sirius Venture Partners does not
allow itself to be driven into investments only due to "good
possibilities". Prior to an investment being made in a company,
the investment teams of Sirius Venture Partners simulate the whole
participation process: from the investment up to the possible exit.
Only when all process steps fit smoothly and are implemented can a
promising investment result from an interesting business case and a
young company.
